Blend the strawberries and banana with 1/2 cup of the coconut almond milk and 2 tbsp of orange juice. After completely blended, add 1 tbsp of the honey and blend again. Set aside.
Blend the mangos and pineapples with the remaining 1/2 cup of coconut almond milk and 2 tbsp of orange juice. After completely blended, add 1 tbsp of the honey and blend again.
Using a funnel (or measuring cup with a pour spout, pour the pineapple mixture into your popsicle molds about 1/3 of the way full.
Folllow up with the strawberry mixture until the mold is 2/3 full.
Fill the remaining 1/3 with the pineapple mixture. Be sure to leave a little space at the top of each mold, as the pops will expand when they freeze.
Insert your popsicle stick, and freeze for at least 8 hours (for best results, freeze overnight).
*Side Note: If you want your flavor-stripes to be more defined, pop your molds in the freezer for about an hour in-between each pour.
To remove the pops from the molds, fill a large bowl with water and gently dip the pops inside for a few seconds. Be careful not to completely submerge the molds into the water. The popsicles should slide out easily for you to enjoy.
